Our hotel for the 2016 meeting is the Grand Copthorne Waterfront, a luxury hotel located right on the river and within easy walking distance to the downtown core, the Orchard Road shopping district, the Civic District, and numerous museums. Rooms are available to SHOT attendees for S$280 (approx. US$205) for a single, S$300 (US$220) for a double, and S$400 (US$290) for a triple. Full breakfast is included each day, and SHOT's hospitality suite will be located at the Grand Copthorne on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings as well. Shuttle buses will be provided for transportation to and from the Copthorne to the Tembusu College campus, where conference sessions will take place.

There will be an information’s desk set up in the hotel for you by the elevators between 21 and 23 June 2016 from 0800 – 1700 hours. This desk will be manned by Tembusu College student ambassadors.
